As an HVAC Technician at Onyx, you will:

• Perform residential HVAC system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Educate customers on system conditions, repair options, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes.
• Document service findings and recommendations accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance.
• Work collaboratively with dispatch, managers, and apprentices to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Valid HVAC certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in varied environments.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable attendance, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
